Do I need a referral to access your services?

No, You do not need a referral. All you need is to complete the Registration Form. This can be found on the Resources page.

What are the wait times?

Every week is different and our nurses cover alot of grounds.

However the wait times remain to be within 7 days.

What if I need an emergency service?

If you need emergency services, please call 000.

We arrange our service availability according to nurse availability within the area. Most appointments can be seen to within 7 days (or as per appointment schedule). 

If you need to be seen sooner, we advise seeking emergency services or another support provider. 

How do I get an upfront quote for my service?

All you need to do is get in touch via the Contact page, complete the Booking Form and someone can get in touch to arrange an upfront quote for you.
